Services are provided at your home, hotel, Airbnb, hacienda, or private residence. Travel outside Yucatán can be arranged upon request.

The Polygel Manicure with Dual System is our most requested service, priced at $895 MXN (approximately $51 USD).

Combining a structured builder base with the Dual System method, it creates strength, balance, and a refined, natural finish.

Many appointments also include our SMART Pedicure.

SMART Pedicure $700 MXN

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your service.

Transportation is based on your appointment location. The final amount is confirmed before your booking and typically ranges from $50 MXN to $350 MXN (approximately $3 USD to $20 USD).

We do not offer acrylic nail services. We specialize in Builder Gel, Polygel, and Hard Gel, selected for their strength, durability, and refined, natural-looking finish.

Removal of products previously applied by DOWNTOWN DT NAIL STUDIO® is included with your maintenance appointment.

Removal of gel products applied elsewhere is $50 MXN (approximately $3 USD). Acrylic removal starts at $100 MXN (approximately $6 USD).

We carefully select the products and tools we use, choosing professional brands such as Akzéntz, OPI, and Navy Professional, among others, for their quality, performance, and reliability.

The duration of each appointment varies according to the service selected and the condition of your natural nails. Most services are completed within 2.5 to 3 hours. Appointments involving the removal of products applied elsewhere or significant length may require additional time.

With proper care, results last up to 3 to 4 weeks. To preserve the health, strength, and appearance of your natural nails, we recommend maintenance every 2 to 3 weeks. Regular maintenance helps prevent lifting and breakage while keeping your nails looking their best.

A comfortable, well-lit space with access to a table and an electrical outlet is all that's required. Everything needed for your service is provided by our team.

Nail repairs are available as part of a scheduled appointment. If a repair is needed between visits, please contact us and we'll recommend the most suitable option.

Yes. All reusable instruments follow a strict biosafety protocol that includes manual disinfection with professional-grade products, ultrasonic cleaning, and sterilization in a dry heat sterilizer. Individually packaged disposable items are used only once for each appointment.

Cash, bank transfers, and all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, are accepted.
